Yauheni Dzemyachenka has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software development and delivery management. His career started with database and telecommunications systems, where reliability, performance, and operational stability were critical requirements.
Later, he worked on large-scale enterprise applications built with Java, C++, and web technologies. His background includes projects based on Ericsson MM7 SDK as well as other complex telecom and business systems. This combination of technical and delivery experience allows him to assess projects from both engineering and operational perspectives.
At Bamboo Agile, Yauheni oversees project estimation and delivery planning. He works closely with engineering teams and clients to define realistic project scopes, identify risks early, and maintain predictable delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle.
